EUCLID Participating States approve educational framework (08/24/2008)

EUCLID Secretary General Syed Zahid Ali announced today the completion of EUCLID Phase 2 which was marked by the approval of the fourth standard multilateral Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to the EUCLID Framework and Statutes [continued].
